Miss Fox

Miss Fox is all about self-care.  A premium beauty salon located in Melbourne, rightfully winning “WORLDS BEST SALON AWARD 2018” in the “WORLD SPA AWARDS”.  With a reputation such as this, it was difficult for Victoria, the owner of Miss Fox, to locate a creative agency that could truly capture the elegance and luxury of her beauty salon.  And thus, she reached out to us for help.

Their challenge

Victoria the director of Miss Fox expressed that she wasn’t able to find any production company with the right sense of elegance to represent her Award Winning Luxury Spa in Melbourne.  A full service Spa, from head to toe treatment, with high class customer service – this needed to be captured in the video. Producing a video that was able to capture all that was on offer, and encapsulating Miss Fox’s values too –  now that was an interesting challenge for us to work with.

Our solution

We decided to create one main video detailing the journey that a customer would take when receiving the Miss Fox treatment, from start to finish.  This involved the video containing segments of each activity that was on offer and the exquisite experience that one would encounter.

Having a resourceful and creative attitude, we created multiple mini-videos that would assist in smaller marketing attempts in social media, such as 30 second or 1 minute clips on instagram for ads or page content.  Each clip was birthed from the main video utilising each segment of the Miss Fox process. For example, a clip focused on massage would be extracted from the video and transformed into a more versatile mini-clip to be posted to Facebook or Instagram, and another clip focused on make-up, etc.  We were willing to go above and beyond, doing what they could to extend the value of the clients’ investment.

Additionally, we helped Miss fox to visually style their location and collaborated further with additional ideas for prompts and assisted them in locating suitable models.

the results

Ultimately, the videos produced by us had helped induce an increase in Miss Fox’s clientele.  Additionally, it is these videos produced by us that Miss Fox had submitted to the World Spa Awards.
